Useful Information

The quoted prices include the daily rate for the apartment occupied by 2 persons with a minimum stay of 4 nights.
For every further person a daily rate of 15€ will be charged.
For shorter stays (less than 4 nights) we will bill a singular surcharge.
During the periods which are signed with a star (*) for the apartment “Edelweiß” the daily price is indicated for 4 persons.

During the periods signed with a star the minimum stay in both apartments is of 7 nights.
Local tax per person and day of 2.40€. Children under 14 years don’t pay the local tax.
We only accept cash payment and payment by bank transfer.
To confirm your booking an advance payment of 200€ will be requested. The amount of the advance payment will depend on the number of days you stay.

Special Prices for Children

Children are more than welcome on the Mooserhof! The following reduced prices are for families:

children until 2,99 years: free of charge
children from 3 – 13,99 years: 10€ per child per day

Reduced prices for children are valuable only if at least 2 adults stay with them in the same apartment.

Cancellation

No right of withdrawal is given by the consumer protection act. Nevertheless, we grant the following cancellation conditions:

until 3 months before your arrival only the advance payment of 200€ will be retained.
From 3 months to 4 weeks before your arrival we will charge 50% of the total price.
For cancellations within the last 4 weeks before your arrival we will charge 100% of the booking price.
The advance payment will be kept to pay your cancellations fees.

We explicitly refer to the Italian Consumer Protection Act (Art. 45-67 GvD 206/2005).
For travel insurance we recommend the “Roter Hahn-Stornoschutz”. Click here for your personal travel insurance.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is possible from 3 pm. Check-out is required within 10 am. If requested, we will agree for any necessary change. Our preferred check-in and check-out day is Saturday.
It is our pleasure to pick up our guests at the nearby bus station in Sand in Taufers and on the day of departure we will accompany them to the bus station if requested.

"Guestpass Museumobil"

During your holiday in our holiday apartments you will get the guest card „Holidaypass Tauferer Ahrntl” for free. It allows free usage of public transport offered by the Südtiroler Verkehrsbetriebe (coaches, skibusses, citybusses, local trains and several skilifts). Moreover, it is valuable for reduced entrance fees in local museums and for events of the tourist association.
