Enjoy the winter in the area of the Tauferer Ahrntal where snow is guaranteed. Family-friendly and well-structured ski areas welcome their guests to spend sunny days in the snow. The quiet rural countryside offers many possibilities for winter walks and cross-country skiing trips.
Snowfun in the area Skiworld Ahrntal
Our apartments are right beside the ski lift of the village of Rein, which is perfect for children and beginners. The ski bus is gratuitous for our guests and brings them to the nearby family-friendly ski areas of Speikboden and Klausberg. All the slopes in the Ahrntal valley are accessible with the same skipass of Skiworld Ahrntal. This means that 74 km of snow sure ski runs and 21 ski lifts are on hand! The youngest skiers will enjoy kids ‘areas such as the Family-Funpark Speikboden or the „Klausiland“ Klausberg. Find out more on www.skiworldahrntal.it

Ski tours to the isolated alpine world
The Tauferer Ahrntal valley is an insider tip for alpine ski tourers in South Tyrol. Nowhere else you will find so snow-capped mountain tops. You can start for your ski tour directly from your apartment at the Mooserhof to reach peaks such as the Schneespitze, Dreieckspitze or Klammljoch.
Cross-country skiing at the foot of gigantic mountains
Only 200 m from the Mooserhof you can join the cross-country ski trails which lead you along the Rein valley for 15 km (ticket is included for our guests). The higher tracks will take you to wintry landscapes on the foot of the 3000m high peaks and offer a stunning view.
